1. Inquiry Form
Submit an inquiry form through our website to provide us with the information about your event. From this, we will be in touch to confirm our availability and to schedule an initial call.
2. Initial Call
The Initial Call takes place via Zoom and it’s where we will walk through all areas of your wedding floral design, logistics, needs and wants so that we can put together a customized estimate for your review

4. Booking + Retainer
Once you approve your custom estimate, we’ll make it official by having you sign a service agreement and pay a booking fee. We then lock in your wedding date on our wedding calendar
You’ve now had a chance to review the first draft of yout estimate and it’s time to fine tune some of the details. This will get the estimate to a place where you are comfortable and happy to move forward with booking our services. An Optional phone call meeting is available to discuss any details and changes.
5. Detailed Design Proposal
At some point between booking services and our final details meeting, a customized visual proposal will be created for you. This is your guide to understanding what’s been outlined in your estimate/quote, with images of flower varieties and design inspiration, that we will draw from to create your design.
6. Final Details
A final details meeting will take place 45-60 days prior to your wedding date. This meeting is a time for us to review everything on order, make any adjustments and provide you with a final invoice balance.
7. Your Wedding Day
Our team will arrive on site and get to work on executing every detail with utmost care. We handle the delivery, set up, ceremony to reception repurposing, and return for late night teardown.
