1. Inquiry Form
Submit an inquiry form through our website to provide information about your event. We will then contact you to confirm our availability and schedule an initial call
2. Initial Call
The initial call is where we will begin discussing your wedding floral design, needs, and preferences, so we can create a customized estimate for your review. We don’t need all the event details at this stage; this conversation will serve as a starting point to understand your ideas
3. Estimate Review
4. Booking + Retainer
Once you’ve decided we’re a great fit, we’ll make it official by having you sign a contract and pay a booking fee/retainer. This will secure our services for your wedding day.
Now that you’ve had a chance to review your estimate, we can discuss any updates or changes needed to ensure you are comfortable and ready to move forward with booking our services
5. Detailed Design Proposal
At some point between booking our services and the final details meeting, we will reach out to discuss the design and create a customized visual proposal for you. This will serve as your guide to understanding what’s outlined in your estimate or quote, featuring images of flower varieties and design inspiration that we will use to bring your vision to life.
6. Final Details
A final details meeting will take place 45-60 days prior to your wedding date. This meeting is a time for us to review everything on order, make any adjustments and provide you with a final invoice balance.
7. Your Wedding Day
Our team will arrive on site and get to work on executing every detail. We handle the delivery, set up, ceremony to reception repurposing, and return for late night teardown.
